When a filtration system stops working properly, it is usually one of a handful of things: a blocked filter, a tired membrane, a failing pump, a faulty valve or a leaking fitting. We find the cause first, then fix it.
Common problems we fix
- No water, or very slow flow from the tap
- Water that tastes salty, bitter or stale
- Leaks from the unit, fittings or tank
- A pump that runs constantly or makes noise
- A storage tank that won’t fill or won’t hold pressure
- A UV lamp or indicator that has stopped working
Before you call
If there is a leak, switch off the power to the system and close its inlet valve. A photo or short video of the unit on WhatsApp often helps us bring the right parts on the first visit.
