Last updated: 24 October 2026
This policy explains what personal information The Filter Core (“we”, “us”) collects through this website, why, and how it is handled.
What we collect
When you send a request through one of our forms, we collect the details you enter:
- Your name and mobile number
- Your email address, if you give it
- Your city and, if you give it, your address
- Details about your request, such as the service you need, your water source, a TDS reading, preferred dates and your message
We also record which page the form was sent from and, if you arrived through an advertising or social media link, the campaign that link belonged to.
How we use it
- To contact you about your request by phone, WhatsApp or email
- To prepare quotes, arrange visits and provide the service you asked for
- To understand which pages and campaigns bring enquiries, so we can improve the website
We do not sell your personal information.
Services that help us run the website
- Hosting: the website runs with a hosting provider, which processes form submissions on our behalf.
- Email: request details are sent to our team through an email delivery service.
- Spam protection: our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated spam.
- Maps: the map of our shop (on the home and Contact pages) is provided by Google Maps. When it loads, Google receives your visit under its own privacy policy.
- Analytics and advertising: if enabled, we use Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand how the website is used and to measure our advertising. These services use cookies and similar technologies.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to respond to you, provide our services and keep reasonable business records, and then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, using the details on our Contact page. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
