Commercial & Industrial Plants

Higher-capacity filtration plants for offices, restaurants, schools, factories and other businesses.

Businesses need reliable water at higher volumes, often for drinking, cooking, cleaning or production at the same time. A commercial or industrial plant is designed around your daily demand, your water source and how the water will be used.

Who it’s for

  • Offices, banks and shops providing drinking water for staff and visitors
  • Restaurants, cafés and hotels using water for drinking, cooking and ice
  • Schools, colleges, hospitals and clinics
  • Factories and workshops that need treated process water
  • Housing societies and buildings supplying several units

How we plan a plant

Capacity is planned in litres per hour (LPH) from your peak and daily demand. We look at the raw water, the space available, power and drainage, and how the treated water will be stored and distributed. The result is a plant sized for your site, with a maintenance plan to keep it running.

Keeping it running

A commercial plant works hard every day, so it needs regular attention: pre-filter changes, membrane cleaning, pressure checks and output testing. A maintenance plan schedules this for you, so water quality doesn’t drop at your busiest time.

How it works

  1. Step 1: Site survey

We assess demand, raw water and the installation site.

  2. Step 2: Design and quote

You get a recommended plant and a detailed quote.

  3. Step 3: Installation

The plant is installed, commissioned and tested.

  4. Step 4: Ongoing service

Scheduled maintenance keeps output and quality steady.

See all questions
Do you work with homes as well as businesses?

Yes. We install and look after domestic RO systems for homes, and larger filtration plants for offices, shops, restaurants, schools, clinics, factories and other commercial or industrial sites.

How do you decide which system I need?

We look at your water source and quality, how many people or how many litres a day the system needs to supply, the space available, and your water pressure. Then we recommend a system and explain why it suits you.

How long does installation take?

A standard under-sink home RO system is usually a short visit. Commercial and industrial plants take longer and are planned with you in advance. We confirm the time when we book the installation.

What is an AMC?

An Annual Maintenance Contract is a yearly plan that covers scheduled service visits for your filtration system, so filters are changed on time and problems are caught early. See our AMC Plans page for what each plan includes.
