Filters don’t fail loudly. A clogged sediment filter or an exhausted carbon cartridge keeps letting water through. It just stops doing its job. Regular maintenance keeps your water safe and your system running efficiently, and it costs far less than replacing a membrane or pump damaged by neglect.

What a service visit covers

  • Checking and replacing pre-filters and post-filters as needed
  • Checking the RO membrane’s performance with a TDS reading
  • Checking water pressure, the pump and the storage tank
  • Looking for leaks and loose fittings
  • Sanitising where needed

    Worn parts are replaced and the system is cleaned.

How often should filters and the membrane be changed?

It depends on your water quality and how much you use. As a general guide, sediment and carbon pre-filters are often changed every few months, and RO membranes last longer. We’ll recommend a schedule based on your water and usage.

How do I know my system needs a service?
  • The water tastes or smells different
  • The flow from the tap has become slow
  • The TDS reading of the filtered water has gone up
  • The tank takes longer to fill, or the pump runs constantly
  • You see leaks or hear unusual noises
What is an AMC?

An Annual Maintenance Contract is a yearly plan that covers scheduled service visits for your filtration system, so filters are changed on time and problems are caught early. See our AMC Plans page for what each plan includes.
